Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Hotel will also offer an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur’s endless skyline. Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, Kuala Lumpur’s thriving business and financial district. The Hotel is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur.

The latest addition to the city’s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travelers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be conveniently located in close proximity to the city’s major attractions, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Spa Manager

The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Spa Manager. Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in Spa operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As the leader of the Spa team, the Spa Manager, works across the different disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience and provide leadership. The ideal person is one who is a well-known in aesthetic taste with the ability to give practical advice on creating a tasteful spa environment and translates that into eye for detail and crispness.

What You Will Do:

• Understands market trends and have a proven track record for collaborating with Directors of Marketing to put together sound business plans and supporting action steps. They are articulate and confident, able to advocate the importance and relevance of the spa experience.

• Ensures the training of the Spa staff to exceed standards. The ability to maintain operating criteria/spa concepts and be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all Spa related services in relation to consistency with policies, philosophy and objectives for the Spa.

• Able to communicate on all levels with staff, colleagues and management and conveys clear instructions and guidance to staff and establish working relationships that attain a high level of effective employee morale.

• Works closely with Engineering to maintain quality and mechanical operation of all Spa equipment. Oversees the cleanliness of the Spa and coordinate special requirements with Housekeeping, Laundry, and Engineering.

• Able to understand and implement emergency response procedures and respond properly in any hotel/ spa emergency to assure staff and guest safety.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or related field preferred.

• Professional certification in Spa Management, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Wellness Therapy is an advantage.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in spa or wellness operations.

• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.

• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and luxury service standards.

• Experience with spa booking and POS systems.

• Ability to manage budgets, P&L statements, inventory, and cost control.

• Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and personalized service.

• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

• High level of professionalism, grooming, and presentation.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia.

• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
