• KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and deliver insightful reports on the company’s and individual business units’ financial performance to management.
• Support the Unit Head in developing financial forecasts, budget planning, and strategic financial projections.
• Monitor sales performance and expenditure, ensuring alignment with established budgets and forecasts, and proactively highlight variances.
• Prepare timely and accurate profit forecasts and cash flow projections to facilitate sound decision-making.
• Ensure the efficient and precise production of financial data, including detailed financial commentaries for management review.
• Assist the Unit Head in compiling ad-hoc and monthly reports, providing relevant financial insights and recommendations.
• Provide comprehensive support to the Unit Head in achieving all deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs. Demonstrate strong personal leadership and consistently act as a reliable team player, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Act as a proactive business partner, collaborating closely with business owners to deliver financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, efficiently managing ad hoc assignments as required by management.
• Exhibit a strong ability to learn quickly and proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and value creation.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and commitment.

• EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Professional Qualification : Chartered Accountant
• Educational Background : Degree in Accounting
• Experience : Minimum 7 years of working experience, preferably with audit experience.
• Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in Oracle Accounting system, OneStream system, and Consolidation Accounting.
• Power BI skills are an added advantage.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical ability. Prior experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, and review is an added advantage.
• Software Proficiency : Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Alteryx, etc.
