Now, we're looking for someone who's excited to grow with us and lead our retail team to the next level.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead and guide our retail outlets to hit sales targets and grow the business.
  • Keep an eye on sales performance, analyze reports, and implement effective action plans.
  • Come up with sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns that drive results.
  • Coach, train, and motivate retail staff so they achieve their KPIs while delivering topnotch customer service.
  • Make sure outlets with proper merchandising and stock management.
  • Visit stores regularly to check on operations, support staff, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align brand and retail strategies.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with care.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.

What We're Looking for :

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail management (FMCG / health / lifestyle products preferred).
  • Strong leadership with proven ability to achieve sales results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel to outlets when required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
