Position Title : Investment Communication & Content Specialist (Senior Executive) (Investment Research and Advisory, Regional Wealth Management)

As the Investment Communication and Content Specialist, you will co-author and update investment advisory pieces, including fund commentaries and market explainers, while also localizing economic publications for the Malaysian market. Your key responsibilities involve developing and maintaining sales enablement collateral (pitch decks and presentation materials), and ensuring superior editorial quality by simplifying complex investment concepts into client-friendly language. You must enforce content governance by tracking versions, maintaining audit logs, and coordinating with compliance and marketing to ensure accurate, timely, and fully compliant distribution of all materials. This role reports to the Manager, Investment Research & Advisory, Regional Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Content Development and Production Management :

Co-author and update essential investment advisory materials, including fund commentaries, market explainers, and the proprietary "Trigger Series".
Execute the localization of global economic and investment publications for the Malaysian market, ensuring adaptation to the internal brand tone of voice.
Provide scripting, Q&A frameworks, and post-recording summaries for podcasts, and assist in reviewing / scripting short-form video content to maintain integrity.
Develop, update, and rigorously maintain all sales pitch decks, Investment Counselor / Relationship Manager presentation materials, investment principle guides, and other key enablement documents.

Content Governance and Compliance :

Maintain strict content governance by tracking all document versions, maintaining comprehensive audit logs, and systematically archiving final compliance approvals.

Act as the central contact point, liaising with internal stakeholders for timely submissions and follow-ups to ensure fast content turnaround.

Coordinate with Digital, Marketing, and Brand teams to align on appropriate delivery formats, distribution strategy, and visual formatting standards.

Editorial Quality and Brand Alignment :

Simplify complex investment concepts into clear, client-friendly language while consistently retaining technical accuracy and professionalism.

Conduct thorough editorial reviews to ensure absolute consistency with the established brand tone, product positioning, and investment narratives.

Collaborate with Marketing to ensure all materials are visually engaging and fully compliant with bank brand guidelines.

Jobholder Requirements

Education / Qualification

Undergraduate degree in Accounting / Banking / Investment / Finance or a related field from any recognized university.

Experience

3+ years of professional experience in investment communications, financial content writing, editorial strategy, or financial journalism within the wealth management, asset management, or banking sector.

Demonstrated basic to intermediate understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, and multi-asset investment concepts.

Proficiency in creating content for various platforms, including long-form investment commentaries, sales pitch decks (PowerPoint), podcasts, articles, video scripts, and digital assets.
