Accounts Clerk

We're hiring an Accounts Clerk to assist with filing, basic accounts, and supplier-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounts Department.
  • Ensure proper filing of supporting document.
  • Manage cheques and invoices with suppliers
  • Scan and maintain digital records
  • Do basic data entry and admin work
  • Job Requirements

  • SPM OR LCCI Diploma in Accounting.
  • Preferably with 1 year working experience.
  • Analytical, resourceful, organized, responsible and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all level
  • PC literate and MUST be very familiar with Excel Spreadsheet
