Location : Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Mode : Work From Office

About The Company : A leading homegrown company that designs, constructs, and commissions sports facilities and athletic surfaces, specializing in a variety of sports surfaces such as futsal courts, tennis courts, synthetic running tracks, hockey pitches, and indoor sports floors for professional and recreational use.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare quotes for new projects.
  • Measure quantities from project drawings.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and manage project budgets and track costs.
  • Attend tender meetings.
  • Conduct onsite measurements.
  • Conduct site visit to check on site condition.
  • Monitor project progress and manage variations in costs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction quantity surveying, preferably in flooring.
  • Strong knowledge of flooring materials, methods, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Able to read construction drawings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Willing to travel outstation.

    • Working Hours

    Mon – Fri : 8 : 30 am – 5 : 30 pm

    Remuneration

    MYR 3,500 – MYR 4,500
