satellite backhaul (VSAT / Starlink) ,

managed 4G , and

enterprise Wi-Fi

to connect communities, campuses, and government agencies across Malaysia. Key Responsibilities

Design

high-level (HLD)

and

low-level (LLD)

network architectures integrating satellite / VSAT, managed 4G, and enterprise Wi-Fi. Prepare technical proposals, Bill of Materials, power budgets, and cost estimates for client projects and tenders. Architect hybrid backhaul solutions with redundancy and QoS considerations. Collaborate with sales, service delivery, and operations teams to ensure designs meet operational and commercial requirements. Evaluate new technologies for

Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G, new LEO Constellation and critical communications

and recommend adoption for projects. Provide technical guidance during implementation, testing, and handover. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in

Telecommunications, Electrical / Electronics, Computer Engineering , or related field. Minimum 5 years

of experience in network design or solution architecture within telecommunications, system integration, or related industries. Solid knowledge of :

Managed 4G / LTE network design and EPC integration

Satellite / VSAT / LEO system design

(exposure is sufficient)

Enterprise Wi-Fi planning

(Huawei / Cisco / Juniper or equivalent)

IP / MPLS, routing, switching, QoS, and network security Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Professional certifications such as

Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei networking certifications

(e.g., HCIP / HCIE, Nokia NSP, Ericsson Certified Expert) are desirable.
