- Handling Incoming Inquiries : Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as Helpdesk, Live Chat, and Phone Support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Following Up on Existing Leads : Proactively follow up with potential clients and existing leads to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Customer Success : Build and maintain strong customer relationships post-sale, delivering exceptional after-sales support and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Consistently Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets : Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Weekly Sales Reporting : Collect and consolidate sales data from various sources on a weekly basis. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and dashboards.
