Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Admin Manager located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The HR Admin Manager will oversee the daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves managing employee records, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring accurate and timely HR reporting. The HR Admin Manager will work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and support a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
• Experience in Payroll Management, Compliance, and Labor Law knowledge
• Strong administrative skills, including Record Keeping and Data Management
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial role within HR is a plus
