Job Description :
- Lead process optimization and continuous improvement (4M, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) projects on production lines.
- Possess good leadership ability and adapt to the company's Core Values.
- Analyze and solve daily production issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement OEE improvement strategies and downtime reduction initiatives.
- Support new product or equipment introduction and standardization of work procedures.
- Monitor safety and quality compliance, coordinating with QA and maintenance teams.
- Train and mentor production engineers or line leaders.
