Act as Loan Customer Relationship Manager for this job position.
Monitor and follow up each of the client documentation.
Responsible for loan submission and follow-up on approval cases.
Intermediary between bank and customer to collect relevant documents and provide status updates to clients on loan applications.
Ensure application forms are duly completed prior to submission.
Maintain close business relationships with housing developers, real estate agents, solicitors, valuers, amongst others.
Build your own high net worth clients in the market and develop a long-term career with STS Attraction Advisory PLT.
Job Requirements
At least Diploma and Degree in Finance / Banking / Business Administration (Hons) in Finance / Financial Technology related / Business Studies. Preferably specialized in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
Possess own transport (COMPULSORY).
Required language(s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent communication and team player; strong client management and enjoy meeting with people.
Sales driven and able to meet given deadlines; able to multitask and work under stress with minimum supervision; able to work independently.
