Live Sellers / Host

Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent in any field. Experience in live selling, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills with confident on-camera personality. Knowledge or passion for watches is a plus. Able to meet guaranteed sales targets and maintain consistent performance. Able to travel to different shop locations in Petaling Jaya for live selling sessions. Energetic, disciplined, and results-oriented. Will enable to work on weekends or during peak online sale periods if required. Basic salary + attractive commission (based on performance and guaranteed sales). Product training provided. Opportunity to represent premium and well-known watch brands. Supportive and fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live selling sessions to promote watches on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook Live, or Shopee Live.
- Present and demonstrate product features attractively and professionally.
- Engage and interact with the audience to increase views and conversions.
- Ensure daily / weekly sales targets are achieved — minimum guaranteed sales required.
- Prepare, arrange, and manage products for live sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live schedules, promotions, and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and live performance.
