Lead & Manage IT Department
Lead and manage the IT department inclusive of policy, SOPs, budget, Service Level Agreements, and tender scope and evaluations.
Project Delivery
Ensure successful implementation of the DIMS and other IT projects.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with external IT vendors, dialysis center teams, and leadership to align system development with NKF’s operational needs.
Change Management
Strategize and execute a seamless transition from a paper‑based system to a fully digital workflow, ensuring staff adoption and minimal disruption.
Technical Oversight
Ensure overall IT setup hardware, infrastructure and software, system security, functionality meet’s NKF use case, and maintain scalability for practical long‑term use.
Mentorship & Team Development
Guide and support IT department and foster a dynamic and resourceful IT team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
Minimum 5 years in IT project management, with project leadership experience in implementing software at enterprise level (>
200 staff).
Strong leadership, practical and resourceful at problem‑solving skills to deliver results with cost‑effective solutions.
Effective project management under tight deadlines and budget.
Team player and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement to get buy‑in, drive digital transformation and manage change.
Biased to action and innovative in experimenting new technologies and solutions.
Experience working with external vendors and leading software development projects.
Healthcare or welfare‑related IT exposure is advantageous but not required.
