Senior HR Executive

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG environment.

• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and GMP compliance.

• Proven ability in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

• Experience managing payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

• Skilled in training & development planning and supporting continuous learning.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet business needs.

• Shape and implement HR policies that align with labor laws, GMP, and company values.

• Drive performance management processes, including KPIs and appraisals, to support managers in driving employee performance and productivity.

• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to build workforce capability.

• Act as a trusted advisor in employee relations, promoting fairness and engagement.

• Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness

• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Collaborate with EHS and QA teams to ensure adherence to occupational health, safety, and food manufacturing regulations.

• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
