As a leading engineering firm, we’re seeking a visionary Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to drive our IT initiatives and elevate our technology landscape. In this role, you’ll own the design and delivery of mission-critical applications, lead architectural decisions, and mentor our development team. You’ll collaborate closely with global stakeholders—particularly our China-based technical groups—to build robust, scalable solutions on the Microsoft / Azure stack, ensuring our systems remain secure, high-performing, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the core technology stack (frontend, backend, cloud) using C#, ASP .NET Core and modern JS frameworks
Architect and build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs in .NET / .NET Core
Develop and maintain the company’s internal app and external web applications
Set up and manage Azure infrastructure (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, Azure SQL)
Configure and manage Azure DevOps CI / CD pipelines for efficient, reliable delivery

Code Quality & Performance

Write clean, maintainable code with strong testing and security practices

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to enhance user experience

Mentor and assign tasks to junior engineers; guide code reviews and best practices

Contribute to product vision and roadmap in Agile / Scrum ceremonies

Work closely with China-based and global teams—fluent communication in English, Malay & Mandarin

Technical Support & Documentation

Debug and resolve complex issues across the stack, supporting both internal stakeholders and clients

Create and maintain technical documentation and lifecycle plans for internal applications

What We’re Looking For

Experience : Minimum 5 years developing enterprise software with .NET / .NET Core

Technical Expertise : Proficiency in C#, ASP .NET Core, Entity Framework Core

DevOps & CI / CD : Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines

Soft Skills : Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and team-leadership capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

Comfortable managing full project lifecycles independently
