Operations Administrator - Trainee

Job Expectations

• Managing a high volume of customer calls, queries, and scheduling requirements daily via telephone and email .
• Working in collaboration with other operations team members and senior colleagues to bring swift resolution to customer queries or complaints.
• Working with our service technicians throughout the day to ensure quality customer service is delivered.
• Proactively following up with and assisting Technicians with any changes to their daily route work.
• Working through a large list of monthly customer service notifications and follow-up calls and emails.
• Organizing work schedules that are aimed at maximizing technician route efficiency and productivity.
• Posting invoices daily and balancing end-of-month sales.
• Supporting accounts receivable initiatives as needed .
• Maintaining a high standard of customer relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to sell Pestkil services to existing and new customers.
• Communicate with confidence all Pestkil services to manage customer expectations and understand scheduled services.
• Assist on wider team or business initiatives as and when needed.
