Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) :

  • Support the company's budget, quarterly forecasts, and projections based on the company's 3 year direction.
  • Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data from business units and various systems to provide insights into key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Management Reporting :

  • Prepare and present monthly management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for CFO.
  • Monitor KPI and provide commentaries on performances and recommend key improvement areas.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and analysis to CFO.
  • Business Partnering :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and provide financial insights.
  • Act as a business partner to business units, supporting decision-making with data-driven analysis.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance :

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency through automation or system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or local GAAP), and internal controls.
  • Support for External Reporting :

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, board presentations, and investor materials.
  • Coordinate with external auditors or advisors where necessary.
  • Required Skills :

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and / or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
