Finance Supervisor

Description

• Responsible for overall tax management, including tax incentive applications, return filing, SST, withholding tax, transfer pricing, tax estimates, and e-invoicing implementation, with knowledge of Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) regulations.
• Oversee daily accounting operations by reviewing expense claims and invoices, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with relevant standards.
• Manage cash and banking activities such as online payments, receipt confirmations, bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate reflection of cash flow movements.
• Support financial analysis and budgeting by tracking key business indicators like revenue and cost, assisting in monthly and annual budgeting, and analyzing variances with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external parties including tax agents, auditors, company secretary, and government authorities to support smooth audit and tax processes, especially during year-end closing.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as required by management.
