Elixir Developer (Business Automation)

Overview

We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

The Business Automation team builds innovative software, tooling and automation used to operate the world's most secure cryptocurrency company.

About this Role

We're looking for self driven experimenters who can help drive improvements for a constantly changing business. We like candidates that love to learn, share knowledge, and who have problem solving mindsets. You will be working with all internal teams of Crypto.com on high availability products and tooling critical to Crypto.com\'s success.

Job Responsibilities

• The operations team is responsible for the token price page, internal portal and custom tooling used at Crypto.com. We are constantly collaborating with all other teams at Crypto.com to streamline workflows and ensure we are compliant with industry standards. A high degree of autonomy is given and expected from us in order to meet the demands of all our stakeholders. We are expected to drive the implementation of technical improvements for complex business requirements.
• Projects and teams we collaborate with include : Onboarding and continuous KYC for customers; Compliance Team Marketing and CRM tooling; Growth Team Improving performance of crypto deposits and withdrawals; Blockchain / Payments Team UI / UX design, business requirements
• Work with tech and product teams to deliver industry-leading features to our customers
• Collaborate with non-technical teams on improvements to internal tooling
• Responsible for full stack development, including designing user interactions on websites, developing server and database for website functionality
• Maintain operations portal with high availability requirements
• Build out MVPs and experiments to validate / test ideas and products
