Commercial Project Management - Retail and Fulfilment (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Overview

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Retail & Fulfillment to drive initiatives aimed at fostering growth and expansion while aligning with the organization's strategic priorities. Your role will encompass :

Responsibilities

• Leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimise outcomes across retail and fulfilment initiatives.
• Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the rollout of strategic initiatives within the retail and fulfilment sphere.
• Identifying potential growth opportunities for Shopee through retail and fulfilment initiatives.
• Identifying and overcoming challenges through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting retail and fulfillment efforts.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute projects that support key business objectives.
• Engaging with senior leadership to drive forward key growth initiatives within the retail and fulfilment ecosystem.
• Taking full ownership of project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful execution of retail and fulfilment initiatives and their alignment with broader business goals.
