Affiliate Channel Partnership Specialist (Taobao Overseas)
Responsibilities : Business Development : Establish a network connection with local partners, to offer promotions to Taobao customers; Campaign management : Manage daily and mega sale marketing activities, able to communicate and manage from internal and external parties to ensure smooth launch; Client Relationship management : Manage brand launch, brand messaging, manage marketing fund & payment tracking User experience : Discover opportunities through user insights, and work closely with team members to improve consumer experience through product solutions; Through the analysis of consumers\' attributes and consumption, formulate and implement medium and long-term marketing strategy & activities Qualifications : More than 4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketing, bonus for those with experience in fintech, media, telco, business development and digital marketing; Sensitive to the trends of Malaysian users, able to innovate based on consumer insights and put consumer service and experience first; High business acumen, with strong data analytics and project management skills. Familiar with e-commerce or retail business and discount promotion Possess case-proven experience in effective consumer marketing activities, the ability to independently plan a series of activities, data analysis ability, and be able to draw consumer insight from massive data. Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and work in fast-paced environments; Fluent in Mandarin is a bonus. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but frequent travel is needed when situation and conditions are allowed.
