Job Responsibility

  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Update and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Perform data entry into accounting systems (e.g., SQL, UBS, or any ERP software used).
  • Support month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Help prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries as required.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment issues.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., UBS, SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
