Maintenance Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanPlan, schedule, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery (e.g. extruders, injection molding machines, vulcanizers, cutting & crimping machines). Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Monitor equipment performance and perform root cause analysis on failures to reduce downtime. Collaborate with the production team to minimize equipment-related disruptions. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and spare parts inventory. Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new machinery or systems. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Recommend and implement improvements for machine reliability and performance. Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs, servicing, or procurement of parts. Participate in audits and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. ISO / TS, Kaizen, TPM, 5S).
