    Job Summary :

    The role of HR professional will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, while collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. The HR Professional will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture. The role involves developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, assisting managers with evaluations and goal setting, and identifying training needs to coordinate programs that promote continuous learning and professional development. Additionally, the professional will ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain HR policies and employee records, manage HR databases, and prepare reports and metrics for management review.

    Job Descriptions :

    • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture.
    • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management.
    • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
    • Assist managers in establishing performance goals and conducting evaluations.
    • Identify organizational training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
    • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
    • Job Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
    • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
    • Experience in employee engagement initiatives.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
