Based in one of our key operational hubs — Tbilisi, Panama, or Kuala Lumpur, the position will play an important role in safeguarding our multi-jurisdictional online gaming and fintech infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security frameworks, overseeing threat detection and response, managing compliance with diverse regulatory environments, and ensuring the resilience of mission‑critical systems supporting our customers across Asia, Europe, and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the group’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, controls and operational standards across all markets and platforms.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
- Oversee security operations, including monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and forensic investigation.
- Ensure compliance with international and regional standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, NIST, and local gaming regulations).
- Manage the daily operations of the cyber team, ensuring timely detection and response to incidents.
- Establish and maintain key security metrics and dashboards for executive reporting.
- Oversee vendor relationships for security tools, audits, and managed services.
- Work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Delivery, and Product teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle and production pipelines.
- Support awareness programs, security training, and culture‑building initiatives across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for security audits, regulators, and external partners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Deep technical expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS / Azure / GCP), endpoint protection, and SIEM management.
- Experience in gaming, fintech, or other high‑volume transactional industries preferred.
- Familiarity with blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset custody security is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English; proficiency in an Asian language (Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, etc.) is an advantage.
