About Our Client :
Our client is a structural steel specialist founded in 1979, offering full-cycle services from design and fabrication to installation of steel structures.
Job Responsibilities :
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment and other documents such as Pre
& Post administration works.
Review supplier price and negotiate with supplier for price adjustment and so identify and qualify
opportunities for cost savings with an overall focus on margin.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and conduct market validations of current arrangements by
obtaining competitive quotes and proposal.
Participation in ISO is required.
Job Requirements :
Knowledge & Skills :
Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.
Skilled in price comparison, negotiation, and cost analysis to achieve optimal purchasing value.
Experience in issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance with technical or engineering specifications.
Familiar with logistics coordination and vendor performance evaluation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or purchasing systems (e.g., SQL, SAP) is an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO standards and related documentation requirements.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, independent, and responsible in handling procurement tasks.
Able to build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
