Working Hours :

Sun - Thurs / 9am - 6.00pm -(40hours)

Friday : 9am - 2pm (5hours)

(Immunity to skip working if achieved weekly target)

Basic Salary :

RM1,700 - RM1,900 + Commission - Normal speaker

RM Language Allow ) + commission - Mandarin Speaker

JOB SUMMARY

To perform products and promotion sales via telephone and attend to subscriber's applications and sales enquiries.

To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner.

To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for retaining and salvaging customer by proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns, negotiating retention strategies, and implementing initiatives to reduce churn.

Primary focus will be on engaging with at-risk customers, understanding their needs and pain points, and providing effective solutions / better offers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Success in this role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

REQUIREMENTS :

Good command / fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Confident in delivering results and achieving sales target.

Minimum : SPM holders

Have minimum technical knowledge (internet, broadband)

Self motivated, a team player with positive attitude

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
