- Develop and implement the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems, including BOTs and development tools, to streamline a wide variety of back-office processes.
- Manage group digital projects, coordinating with IT to define User Requirements, specifications, scope of works, and related activities.
- Design and develop mechanisms to monitor and report BOT performance and optimize BOT utilization across domains.
- Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Create and maintain process documentation and end-user guides.
- Assure the quality of automation through QA processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work with the development team to ensure proper implementation and integration of solutions.
- Contribute to building a digital platform for rapid scale-up and expansion in Malaysia, in regions with limited OCBC branch presence, to capture new customer segments.
