Backend Engineer - Distributed Systems & Blockchain

Penerangan pekerjaanBackend Development : Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript Databases : Hands‑on experience with RDS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Aurora) Message Queues : Working knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, and / or Kafka Containerization : Practical experience with Docker and container orchestration Blockchain : Experience integrating smart contracts (Ethereum, Solidity, Web3.js, or similar) Deep understanding of microservices architecture patterns Experience with RESTful APIs and / or GraphQL Knowledge of event‑driven architecture and asynchronous messaging Understanding of concurrency patterns and parallel processing Familiarity with distributed systems concepts Experience with API gateway patterns and service mesh Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis, in‑memory caching) Understanding of database optimization, indexing, and query performance Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in backend development Proven track record of building and deploying microservices in production Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles Experience with version control systems (Git) Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms Knowledge of blockchain protocols and DeFi ecosystems Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai) Understanding of security best practices for distributed systems Previous experience in fintech or blockchain‑based projects Contributions to open‑source projects Links to your GitHub profile or portfolio Brief description of relevant projects, especially those involving microservices or blockchain integration Any relevant technical blog posts or articles you’ve written A short application email indicating your expected salary and soonest available date Mid‑Senior level Full‑time Engineering and Information Technology Blockchain Services

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our engineering team and build scalable, high‑performance distributed systems. You will work on microservices architecture, integrate blockchain smart contracts, and handle real‑time data processing using modern message queue systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices‑based applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Implement and optimize RDS database solutions with focus on performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Build and manage message queue systems using Redis, RabbitMQ, and / or Kafka for asynchronous processing.
- Develop concurrent processing solutions to handle high‑throughput workloads efficiently.
- Integrate and interact with blockchain smart contracts for decentralized application features.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage containerized deployments.
- Design event‑driven architectures and implement pub / sub patterns.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
