We are a Bumiputera-owned interior design and build company, specializing in hospitality, office, and commercial projects. Based in Prima Sri Gombak, Batu Caves, Selangor. We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Professional qualification (SR) is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of 10 years experience in contract administration (interior design / construction industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of contract law, tendering process, and cost control.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, including working extra hours when required.
Willing to undertake responsibilities both in the office and on-site as required.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

Manage contract department consist of 3 – 5 QS in team.

Identify and establish connections with suppliers.

Knowable and experience in interior design work.

Manage and review all project contracts, tenders, and agreements.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and legal standards.

Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Manage project cost control, variation orders, claims, and final accounts.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to resolve contractual or commercial issues.

Support project and finance teams in billing, payment certification, and project closure.

Ideation was set up to accommodate the furniture & interior design projects that requires professional consultancy design, fabrication, project management, contract procurement etc all in one place. With the existence of our OEM manufacturing plant & factory located in Ulu Yam Bharu (Panel & Woodworking), Rawang (Metal & Lab Benches), Batu Caves (Upholstery & Soft Furnishing) & Ijok (Workstation & Chairs), we are fabricate various type of furniture without limitation.
