What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Leverage your existing network within marketing, advertising, or brand circles to build connections and leads.
  • Craft outreach strategies from LinkedIn prospecting to on-ground relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to prepare proposals and pitch decks.
  • Track performance, forecast revenue, and share insights on what’s driving results.
  • Represent TMO at industry events, coffee chats, and marketing meetups.

Who You Are

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a marketing, media, or advertising agency.
  • Have an active network of brand, marketing, or business decision-makers across industries.
  • Comfortable with consultative selling and understand marketing, not just sales.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, curious, and results-oriented with a knack for turning conversations into contracts.
