Deliver expected and predefined outputs in a timely manner and with the highest quality of service and performance. Assist on projects, initiatives, and within working groups within a clearly defined scope. Assist in preparation of recommendations for process improvements. Assist in monitoring work unit-related policies, procedures, guidelines, and applicable regulations. Analyze laws, regulations, and legal precedents to support the legal team's decisions. Assist in offering guidance to internal stakeholders on legal matters. Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations. Qualifications

Degree in Law (LLB) Having at least 3 years' working experience Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, employment law and other relevant areas. Ability to draft and review legal documents effectively. Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, concise advice. Ability to identify and resolve legal problems efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. Depending on the role and location, proficiency in multiple languages may be an advantage.
