Base pay range

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer a remote position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while providing outstanding service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure quality control and follow-up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay informed about company policies, products, and services to provide comprehensive support to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with a dedicated customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other standard office applications.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within a customer-focused environment.
  • Able to come to Greece for the first 3 months. After that, candidate can work remote.
