Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Waste Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing environments will be an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities management.
- Strong communication skill and stakeholders' management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Responsibilities
Review & propose enhancement of contract agreements.Manage budgets for General Administration team.Plan, design, and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and campaigns aligned with company values and goals.Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.Work closely with management and department heads to drive engagement strategies across all levels.Organize town halls, wellness programs, and recognition events.Promote a culture of open communication and feedback by implementing listening channels (surveys, suggestion boxes, focus groups).Track and report on engagement metrics, trends, and employee satisfaction scores (e.g., eNPS).Act as a champion for company values and employee advocacy.Support internal communications initiatives to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.Support in onboarding programs to create a positive first impression and smooth integration for new hires.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
