Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, advertising, and events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, content, and advertisements in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including website, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs, and analytics).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and external vendors.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) in marketing management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.Mandarin speaker and experience in F&B or retail is an advantage.Seniority level
