• ABOUT THE ROLE
• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects along with a project manager, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Facilitate and lead client workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Maintain and enhance project documentation
• Configure the software to meet client requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with specifications.
• Facilitate client training sessions.
• Supervise and provide quality oversight of partner work to ensure best practices are followed
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to project deadlines.
• Engage in continuous improvement of consulting processes.
• Execute product and solution testing phases.
• ABOUT YOU
• 4+ years of experience in software development / implementation / support, preferably within large-scale corporate projects.
• Proficiency in at least
• one programming language
• (e.g., Java, Python, C#, .Net).
• Proven track record of end-to-end
• enterprise software implementation
• is highly desired.
• Good understanding of web technologies and knowledge of database concepts would be a considerable plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus.
