We’re looking for a User Researcher who can take ownership of user studies and research operations. In this role, you’ll manage user recruitment, schedule interviews, coordinate incentives, and analyze research findings to help our teams make informed product decisions.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and execute research operations, including participant recruitment, user database maintenance, interview scheduling, and incentive management.
Independently lead small to mid-scale research projects, such as user interviews, concept validation, and usability testing.
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, summarise key insights, and deliver clear, actionable research reports that provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with senior researchers on large or complex studies to ensure research quality and impact.

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in user research or related fields.

Excellent English communication skills , both spoken and written.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.

A genuine passion for user behaviour, product design, and the tech industry.

Background in any industry is welcome, curiosity and drive matter most.
