Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure adequate opening float cash and manage cash transactions.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food per HQ recipes and SOPs.
- Ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
- Keep equipment clean and operational.
- Supervise and support junior crew members, ensuring SOP adherence.
- Train and guide new and existing crew.
- Conduct daily stock takes and record inventory accurately.
- Reconcile stock counts with records and report discrepancies.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and restocking.
- Check and maintain café equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate on solutions for reported issues.
- Document and communicate equipment malfunctions and supply shortages.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of 2-3 years in a café or food service environment.Work according to shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Able to work 6 days per week.Possess own transport.Spoken Language : Malay, English
