Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement material planning strategies to support production schedules and ensure timely material availability.
  • Review and analyze demand forecasts to manage inventory effectively, addressing shortages, excess stock, and supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with production planners, procurement, suppliers (SQE), and other stakeholders to align material requirements.
  • Work with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize storage, handling, and distribution processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on material status, inventory utilization, and planning performance to management.
  • Ensure all material planning activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of material planning experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent teamwork, coordination, and analytical abilities, especially in numerical analysis.
