Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow reports). Manage accruals, prepayments, and inventory cost adjustments. Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements. Prepare payroll summaries for HR and coordinate with local tax requirements. Ensure compliance with SG, HK accounting standards and audit requirements. Work with operations to reconcile inventory across warehouses. Track COGS, freight, and duty costs to maintain accurate margins. Support management in financial planning, cash‑flow projections, and KPI tracking. Degree or diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional certification. At least 5+ years strong of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail. Experience of plan and managing budgets. Skill sets of strategic thinking. Experience in E-com is a plus. Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel / Google Sheets. Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Bilingual : Native / strong Mandarin and excellent written & spoken English.

Job Description
Our client, Morning Shine Limited , is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Accountant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and finance, especially within e-commerce or retail environments .
Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record and reconcile daily e-commerce sales (Shopify, Retailers, marketplace platforms).
- Handle POS and cash transactions from pop-ups / retail counters.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries.
Monthly & Quarterly Closings
Payments & Compliance
Invoicing
Inventory & Cost Control
Budgeting & Forecasting
