Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the majority of work involved in the process of baking / production.
- To work as a team to ensure that the desired end product is produced.
- To follow strictly on the working schedule and items to be made and in what quantities they are to be prepared.
- To concentrate and to improve on the various job function assigned to him / her, where in the areas of :
- Baking
In charge of baking the merchandise after proofing and any ingredients to be added in between baking.
To prepare the topping for the different items. E.g. egg wash, cheese, sugar, mix vegetables.Responsible for the baking time and oven temperature for each merchandise and proffered to keep it clean at all times.To take care of the oven and proffer and to keep it clean at all times.To learn up the various procedure / time needed for baking each product.Responsible for weighing and dividing dough.To put the products after molding into trays ready for baking.Responsible for keeping the table top clean.To learn up the various molding procedures and other table work involved and to find new way to improve it.7. SheetingResponsible for the various work involved in the process of sheeting.
To be in charge of keeping the sheeting machine clean at all times.To learn up the various ways of sheeting for each product and to find new ways to improve on the work.8. MixingTo be in charge of the mixing work involved in the bakery.
