Performance Marketing Specialist also known as Campaign Manager - Drive Digital Success with Industry Leaders!

We are a 25+ year Digital Marketing Business Partner in Malaysia, proudly partnered with Google, Meta, and TikTok. We're seeking a passionate Performance Marketing professional to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional results for our diverse client portfolio.

Your Core Responsibilities

Campaign Management - Plan, setup, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs
Performance Optimization - Stay current with platform algorithm changes to optimize budget spend and performance
Reporting - Execute regular campaign performance updates and reporting
Analysis - Track campaign budgets and maintain databases for analysis
Team Support - Deliver quality output and mentor junior team members

Essential Tools You'll Master

Various software extensions integrated with ad accounts

What You Bring

Relevant degree in Advertising, IT, Business, Marketing, or equivalent

1-5 years experience in Google Ads / Facebook Ads campaign management

Professional certifications - Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint preferred

Technical skills - Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Analytics tools

Communication abilities - Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin advantageous
