As a DevOps Engineer you will provide second / third level day-to-day operation support, and help investigate and resolve incidents, which were not resolved in lower support levels.

Qualification :

• Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a senior or specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication and security systems.
• Familiarity with security technologies, including Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.

As a DevOps Engineer you will play a crucial role in providing second and third-level operational support on a day-to-day basis . Your primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving incidents that have not been addressed by lower support levels. You should be having knowledge in operate in Openshift Linux environment, Unix command and good in SQL language.
