Jom Bola KL is a football community platform based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, focused on organising and promoting casual 6v6, 8v8 and 9v9 football matches open to players of all skill levels. We host sessions in 163 Mont Kiara and UM Varsity, Petaling Jaya every weekend!

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and player management : Greet players upon arrival and ensure everyone feels included from the start. Balance teams for fair play and may step in as a substitute if needed due to no-shows
• Game facilitation and officiating : Actively run the game by enforcing Jom Bola's standard rules, keeping time and maintaining a fun atmosphere. In some roles (like Referee cum Host), I perform traditional referee duties such as calling fouls and managing flow of game
• Ensuring safety and positivity : Monitor for any issues, promote balanced and friendly competition, and handle conflicts to keep things light-hearted. Aim for high player satisfaction, often reflected in post-game feedback and open to constructive feedback
• Logistics and reporting : Set up equipment, maintain venue tidiness, and submit post-match reports on game highlights, incidents, or feedback to the founder of Jom Bola. Oversee equipment storage and support operations in multiple locations or for ad-hoc events such as boot trial and drink sponsorship campaigns
