Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT- Operation / Setup / Conversion / Recipe creation & Repair

Maintain 5S for machine and working environment

Maintain machine and working environment ready for audit

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electronic / Technical college / Vocational college
• Understanding mechanical components , roubleshooting & problem solving & understanding of electrical & electronic systems
