Minimum SPM / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong written communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or live chat handling is a plus
Customer-oriented with persuasive selling abilities
Familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop)
Basic digital / tech literacy
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (if required)
Fast learner, adaptable to online tools and trends
Reliable, responsive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced digital environment
Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, social media, or messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Shopee Chat)
Provide detailed product information, recommend items, and guide customers through the purchase process
Convert leads into successful online sales
Monitor and manage incoming online orders across platforms (e.g. website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
Coordinate with warehouse or fulfilment team to ensure timely packing and delivery
Follow up on pending payments, failed deliveries, or customer complaints
Monitor live campaigns, promotions, and vouchers
Provide feedback on product trends or customer preferences
Handle product return / exchange requests professionally
Maintain customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and problem-solving
Gather reviews and feedback for service improvement
Assist in tracking daily / weekly sales performance
Highlight frequently asked questions, customer concerns, or issues to improve user experience
