We're looking for a Client Integration Engineer to be the main technical contact for our clients as they connect to our API, which handles stablecoin on / off-ramps using fiat. This is an important client-facing role that helps make the onboarding process smoother and offers continuous technical help, taking a significant burden off our Product and Software Engineering teams. The ideal person will have strong technical skills, great communication, and be dedicated to helping clients succeed. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required to support our wide range of clients.

What You Will Do

• Guide and support new clients step‑by‑step through the technical integration of our API for stablecoin fiat on / off‑ramps, from initial setup to full go‑live.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing hands‑on assistance, answering integration‑related questions, and offering continuous technical support even after they are live.
• Routinely debug and diagnose technical issues within both sandbox and live environments, working directly with clients to identify and implement solutions.
• Manage and execute technical configuration tasks such as whitelisting, credential setup, and other necessary system configurations.
• Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation and resources to empower clients and expedite their integration journey.
• Actively participate in client‑facing communication channels (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp) to provide timely and effective first‑line technical support.
• Effectively translate client feedback and identified integration challenges into actionable insights for our internal Software Engineering teams, facilitating continuous improvement of our API and services.
• Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience from initial engagement through successful integration and beyond.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Controller to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Controller’s behalf. Accordingly, if you are located outside of the United States, your personal data will be transferred to the United States once you submit it through this site. The Controller will ensure that such transfers are subject to arrangements that provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

In accordance with Section 25 of the PDPA, the Controller will cease to retain documents containing your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is no longer required for (a) the purposes for which it was collected, or (b) for legal or business purposes, including considering you for future opportunities. Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified, and to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.
