MAINTENANCE (AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN)

Overview

The technician is responsible for compliance with all company regulations, including the Employee Handbook, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and ISO standards (9001, 13485, 14001, 45001) at all times. They must always wear required PPE and maintain equipment and the working environment.

Responsibilities

• Use only approved materials and parameters for the dipping process.
• Uphold machines as per procedure and perform shutdown preventive maintenance.
• Conduct in-house project fabrication and supervise daily activities.
• Maintain tools and spare parts weekly.
• Attend to customer complaints.
• Maintain documentation as required, update daily reports and filing, perform daily ERP transactions (Epicor), conduct bi-weekly stock takes, and participate in internal and external audits.
