Vietnamese Business Development Representative - Remote all over Kuala Lumpur

Role : Vietnamese Business Development Representative

Location : Vietnam (Remote all over)

Working hours : Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm (60’ lunch break) (exact working hours to be confirmed)

Languages : Vietnamese as a first language and English (C1 level at least)

Contract type : Permanent

We provide sales outsourcing services globally for the tech industry. Our more than 800 experts worldwide provide services based on our cutting‑edge business framework to outperform customer expectations and drive revenue. Our main locations hubs are Athens, Greece; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Nuremberg, Germany; Houston, TX, US; Mexico City, MX. However, we also operate in fully work from home environments.

You will be supporting our client, an innovative robotics company of over 1,000 employees united behind a common vision – to create a world where people work with robots, not like robots. They specialize in the development and manufacturing of collaborative robots, commonly known as cobots. These robots are designed to work alongside humans in various industries, enhancing productivity and efficiency.

  • Identify and reach out decision makers through cold‑calling / emails in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
  • Present product information to customers after identifying their needs
  • Connect qualified leads to a salesperson / account executive and arrange meetings
  • Update and maintain CRM system (Salesforce / Hubspot) so you keep track of progress with each potential customer
  • Perform regular follow‑up calls / emails and communicate with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new potential needs

You could be the perfect fit if you…

  • Speak Vietnamese as a first language and are proficient in English (C1 level at least)
  • Are able to express yourself verbally and in written in the above mentioned languages with ease, as well as provide relevant feedback on a professional and respectful manner
  • Have prior B2B sales, cold‑calling and appointment booking experience with promoting software / hardware products
  • Have a sales‑oriented mind‑set, with an eye for detail
  • Are an experienced user of any CRM tools (like Salesforce / Hubspot / Lusha / ZoomInfo etc)
  • Have an updated LinkedIn profile or are willing to update and use it for your client interactions
  • Are open to learn and develop within a multinational team at a fast‑paced environment
