We’re building a team that thrives on curiosity, agility, and an obsession with impact—and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to lead the charge. Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaigns

Execute and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, with lead generation as the core objective. Build full-funnel ad structures : audience setup, ad creation, conversion tracking. Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, conversion quality, and scaling opportunities. Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards to track performance across multiple campaigns and clients. Use data connectors to automate data pulling from Meta, Google, TikTok, and CRM tools. Proficient in Google marketing tools, including Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), with strong ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance. Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity across all campaigns.

Optimization & Creative Feedback

Continuously test and iterate campaign structures, creatives, and targeting strategies. Analyze ad creatives’ effectiveness and provide feedback to creative teams. Apply insights to influence creative testing and reduce CPL.

Industry Application

Run property and medical industry campaigns with tailored messaging, targeting, and compliance awareness. Develop vertical-specific strategies to maximize lead quality.

Insights & Collaboration

Generate weekly / monthly reports highlighting performance trends and optimization recommendations. Translate complex data into actionable takeaways for clients and internal teams. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.

Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with Meta Ads as the main platform. Proven track record in lead generation campaigns (property / medical a big plus). Advanced skills in Looker Studio (custom dashboards, calculated fields, blending data). Strong knowledge of data connectors for automating campaign reporting. Skilled in the Google ecosystem : Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Data Studio, Search Console. Analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to campaign actions. Creative sensitivity to spot ad trends, hooks, and winning angles. Nice to Have

Experience managing larger budgets across multiple client industries. What We Offer
